Friends fall in love, the girl is jealous and threatens to "die for you"! Forensics characterize it this way

In the early hours of the morning, a fire broke out in a small area near jixiang village in Yanta District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, and firefighters extinguished the fire and found that there was the body of an old man at the scene of the fire.

The fire broke out in the four-story east of a seven-story brick-concrete building, where an elderly couple in their sixties lived. The old lady is not tall, slightly fat, but her legs, feet, and mouth are very sharp, and the fire alarm is what she reported.

Strangely enough, the old lady living under the same roof did not even have her hair burned, but her old partner was burned to death.

Did the old lady save people in time when the fire broke out? Was the call to the police too late? These speculations have made the fire accident confusing, and the old lady has become the focus of suspicion.

After receiving the alarm call, Fu Pengren, director of the Yanta Branch of the Xi'an Municipal Public Security Bureau, rushed to the scene together with technicians. Fu Pengren found that the place where the old man died was on the bed in the bedroom, and judging from the shape of the charred corpse, the old man maintained a normal sleeping posture without any signs of struggle.

When the fire started, was the old man dead? If this is a case of deliberate murder, does the suspect want to burn the body after death? Will the two and a half bottles of liquor placed on the table next to the old man be sprinkled on the old man's bed as an accelerant? In this case, Fu Pengren felt suspicious.

1 Old man who lost his life in a fire

The old lady who caught the fire had a two-bedroom apartment, and she and her wife and children lived in one room each. A few years ago, my wife and children injured their legs in a car accident, and it was not convenient to go out usually, so they could only walk around the room on crutches. So the old lady left the large bedroom with a larger space for her wife.

Fu Pengren learned from the neighbors that the old couple had a normal relationship and had not heard them quarrel.

According to the old lady, on the night of the fire, she and her granddaughter, who was more than 3 years old, slept in a small bedroom, and in the early hours of the morning, she found that the big house was smoking, so she quickly carried her sleeping granddaughter downstairs, knocked on the neighbor's door, and then borrowed the neighbor's mobile phone to call the police.

Fu Pengren believes that the old lady's statement is in line with people's common sense. If she had pushed the door of the big house open, she would have choked to death at the door, let alone saved her little granddaughter.

Fu Pengren found that although the surface of the deceased's body had been charred, he opened his eyelids but there was no soot, which showed that when the fire started, the old man's eyes were closed, which was in line with human physiological instincts. What if the old man died before the fire, and his eyes were closed when he died? For such speculation, Fu Pengren also found the answer from the autopsy.

He said: "Judging from the cut trachea, there was soot on the throat of the deceased, and there were obvious burns on the tracheal mucosa, which is enough to prove that the old man was choked by smoke while sleeping, so there was no sign of struggle at the scene." ”

As for whether the two and a half bottles of wine at the scene of the crime were related to the case, Fu Pengren usually drank alcohol, so he found his drinking friends to discuss this issue.

"Some people have this habit of opening a bottle of wine and drinking some, suddenly feeling that the taste is not good, and then opening another brand of wine. Although such people do not constitute the majority, if the wine is used as an accelerant, then why doesn't the suspect pour a bottle of wine directly, why should he pour half of both bottles in one fell swoop? Besides, if you use wine as an accelerant, it will definitely cause an open fire, and if there is an open fire, there will be no such a big smoke in the room. ”

When examining the body of the deceased, Fu Pengnin found that the place where the most carbonized was the right hand of the deceased. He therefore judged that the fire point was around his right hand.

His reasoning was that the deceased was smoking a cigarette while sleeping, and after falling asleep, the cigarette butt was ignited by the futon. In firefighting terms, this is called smoldering, and it does not produce an open flame. Because the doors and windows of the large bedroom are closed and the air does not circulate, the combustible substances are smoldered in the case of insufficient oxygen, which will produce a large amount of carbon monoxide and smoke.

Such an analysis is not only recognized by colleagues, but even the son and daughter-in-law of the old lady even nodded their heads in convincing.

2 "Falling" due to jealousy

Forensic work is not a panacea, and Fu Pengren will also encounter some "difficult to explain" things. For example, if the victim is poisoned, hanged, drowned and falls from a high altitude, whether the victim was poisoned without noticing, or forced to hang, or was pushed into the water and drowned, pushed down the stairs and fell to his death, etc., which is beyond the professional scope of forensic medicine.

"In this case, we can only shake our heads and say that it is difficult to explain." But once, Fu Peng had to come to an accurate conclusion about a high-falling death.

The crash occurred to a girl in her 20s, she had a good female friend, the two worked as promoters in the same mall, and they were inseparable all day long, and the relationship was very close.

Suddenly one day, one of the girls had a boyfriend and lived a sweet life. Due to the gradual estrangement of the relationship between the two, the other girl became jealous, followed her friends all day, and even chased after the girl's boyfriend.

This behavior seriously affected each other's love life, and in order to clarify the relationship to each other, the two had a conversation. But as the two sides quarreled, the single girl was impulsive, stepped on the fire box and climbed up the window, and threatened: "If you force me again, I will jump down the stairs and die for you." ”

Seeing this, the girl who was in love also got more energetic and climbed to the other side of the window, and the two sides continued to argue fiercely. Unfortunately, the single girl accidentally fell from the window on the twelfth floor and died on the spot.

In the case of death, the father of the girl of the deceased insisted that his daughter had been pushed down the stairs. However, the corridor on the twelfth floor was not monitored, and there were two of them at the scene, who could tell what really happened at that time?

The police who worked with Fu Pengren extracted the footprints of the two girls from the fire box and the window sill, which proves that both people had been to the window sill at the time of the crime. Searching in the direction in which the girl fell, a cement cover was found above the entrance and exit of the unit door, and through the analysis of the police, the girl fell from the twelfth floor and fell on the cover first, and then rolled to the ground.

Although there was a lot of rain on the night of the crime, Fu Pengren found that even after the rain, the pit newly smashed out of the cement platform was still obvious, and this location was so close to the wall that it was obvious that only the vertical fall of the human body could form this pit.

If the victim is pushed down, it is impossible to fall vertically in any case. Falling from such a high place, the human body must be more than one meter and five meters away from the wall.

According to another girl involved, the situation was urgent, and she felt very dangerous when she watched her friend stick her legs out of the window, rushed over and grabbed one of her friend's arms, but the other party did not listen to persuasion and hung her body in the air. She could not pull the other party up with the greatest effort, and finally, the girl slipped down the wall and fell down the stairs.

During the autopsy, Fu Pengren also found that the deceased had a large area of abrasions and dragging marks from the arm to the wrist, which was consistent with the expression of the girl involved. With this understanding, Fu Pengren did not hesitate to characterize the high fall case as a suicide.

3 A dark red patch on the nose of a wolfhound

Fu Pengren had seen too many deaths, but sometimes, when he saw some victims, he would still feel very uncomfortable and entangled in his heart.

In Fu Pengren's memory, there was an old lady who was killed in the woods. Usually, the old lady loves to pick up waste paper shells and drink bottles to sell waste, and she built the waste collection station in a small forest in the electronic city.

In those years, the demolition of the electronic city was very strong, many urban villages disappeared, the villagers' dogs became stray dogs, and the small forest became a colony of stray dogs, and the old lady's body was found in this wood.

When Fu Pengren saw the corpse, all the skin and flesh on the old lady's head had been eaten away by the dog, and it was unbearable to see. To this end, the police of the security brigade of the sub-bureau specially carried out an operation to arrest stray dogs in the small forest. However, the stray dogs caught were all small dogs, which had little to do with this murder case.

Thinking of the tragic death of the old lady, Fu Peng couldn't help but feel a lot of emotions in his heart, he wanted to find the culprit and avoid similar tragedies in the future.

However, Fu Pengren encountered small stray dogs in the small woods, and he analyzed that these puppies may have participated in the biting after the old lady's death, but with their size and weight, it is impossible to throw the living down. In other words, the "main culprit" should be a large dog. But where to find these "suspects"?

He thought that although the surrounding area was the place of Yanta District, this woodland was under the jurisdiction of the Beilin District, and the unit belonging to the small forest specially hired people to look after this forest, would clues be found there? Fu Pengren and his colleagues decided to go up to the Lin Ren to visit and have a look.

As soon as he entered the courtyard door, Fu Pengren found three large dogs in the cage. The owner said, "His dog is usually locked in the yard to take care of the house", but the sharp-eyed Fu Pengren still found a dark red from the nose of a German black bey wolf dog in the yard, suspected of blood.

He called the police of the Dog Restriction Office to assist, did the extraction sample, and after dna testing, it was found that what was collected on the dog's nose was indeed a drop of blood, and this drop of blood was the old woman who was killed.

It turned out that the owner of the dog usually kept the dog in the small forest, and found that the dog had run into trouble, so he put his three dogs in a cage. This fact was clarified, the owner of the dog was punished, and the family of the old lady was also financially compensated.

Being able to help others, Fu Pengren felt that this was his duty. He often said, "As a grassroots forensic doctor, I've been exposed to injuries and deaths. What is the situation of each party and what is the truth of the facts, it is necessary for forensic doctors to discover and test, and we must use professional technology to discover the facts and adhere to the facts.
