When I paint, I never think of any doctrine, thought, or style. Just follow the instinct to deal with the problems that continue to arise in the picture. Specifically, it is to use a large pen or a small pen, a wolf pen or a bristle pen, whether the paint is lit up, or patted and then rubbed; the contour line is clear or blurry, whether a color is loud or recessed; the canvas selected is fine or coarse, and the bottom is smooth or rough. Almost all of them construct the final appearance of the picture through the "metaphysical" problem, realizing my pursuit of the timeless beauty of painting.
