The resources are then sorted into briquettes and stored in uniform specifications or shipped to energy reengineering companies. Highly polluting or hazardous materials are transported by qualified companies for further disposal. However, with the gradual improvement of the policy, nowadays, the "five major assemblies" (engine, steering machine, transmission, front and rear axles, frames) can be sold to enterprises with remanufacturing capabilities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and recycled after remanufacturing; the purchase price of scrapped motor vehicles can be independently negotiated and priced by market entities, providing an effective guarantee for the scrap car recycling and dismantling industry.

In addition, Xu Junxiang also put forward several suggestions for the development of the industry. The first is to increase the utilization rate of reconstructed parts. The difference between the use performance, safety performance and original parts after maintenance and resale is minimal, and the price is only about 1/3 of the original new parts, which can save money for the people and "turn waste into treasure", thereby reducing the waste of mineral resources; the second is to consider the problem of automobile dismantling land when planning urban construction. Automobile recycling and dismantling is the most fundamental public welfare industry in each city, whether it is to standardize industrial land or to include logistics parks, it must be able to solve the land implementation problems faced by scrap car dismantling enterprises; the third is to solve the problem of excessive taxation in the scrap car dismantling industry. The full vat payment system implemented in the field of waste material recycling in China, if the tax pressure of the enterprise is too large when the front-end car is collected, it will seriously affect the sustainable development of the scrap car dismantling industry. ”
