In order to solve the doubts in everyone's hearts and in my heart, I took advantage of the May 1st Expressway national "hospitality" and drove straight to Sha County, Sanming City.

379 km one way
Shaxian County is actually a district, with a small area, but equipped with an airport.
The pace of life is calm and soothing, from the speed limit of 30 or 40 yards on the main road, you can fully feel the unhurriedness of Shaxian County.
There are cultural attractions such as the "Dingguang Zen Temple" of Taojin Mountain and Wenchang Pavilion Wenchang Street in the city.

The sea oyster cake feels like it has not eaten the sea oyster, but it is pulled by the cold and hard side of the cake to the inner wall of the mouth;
Gold and silver should be one of the few dishes on this table, the tofu is tender on the outside and tender on the inside, and the meat filling is salty and fresh;
Sour and spicy soup with large chunks of blood, chunks of tofu, not spicy, slightly sour.
I don't know whether it is a matter of ordering level or a coincidence, and the last meal is a relative failure.
Fortunately, the "Zhenghu Plate Duck" that was brought home was full of smoked wax, chewy, steamed and fragrant, and added a lot of points.
