In 1968, due to the restructuring of the state-run canteen, Zhang Heshun began to pick up the burden of rushing to sell dumpling noodles, and in 1975, he built a shed in front of his house to sell wonton noodles, and passed on the business to his son Zhang Xuewa, who worked until 1990, passing on the business to zhang Chaoyang, who was already married to Ma Jifang.

Therefore, Ma Jifang and her husband Zhang Chaoyang rented two brick houses in the northern section of Bayi Road in the county seat of Yuxian County and started their own entrepreneurial road.

According to the records of Wuxian County, the Yuxian Dumpling Noodles were imported from Shaanxi in the early Ming Dynasty, and it is a famous snack with exquisite materials, unique characteristics and a thousand-year history.

It is a round strip noodle food called shelf noodles in the early days. The production of wontons is generally made in two large pots, one of which is boiled with fat and tender lamb and lamb bones (commonly known as old soup), and the other is specially used for dumplings.
