Yesterday morning, walking into the activity room on the third floor of a community in Tongjing, 11 children and 9 elderly people sat together, and the scene was warm. Their "task" was to make lotus puff pastry. Lotus puff pastry is a famous traditional snack in Hangzhou, originating from the Ming and Qing dynasties, and later served as a court dim sum. The event is divided into two parts: lotus puff pastry making and prize Q&A.
