Good tea can impress people.
These days, I was inconvenienced and could not drink too much raw tea, so I tried all the new and old cooked teas at hand.
Every time, such a concentrated tea tasting, there will be many new experiences.
The accumulation of experience is also cultivated in such comparisons again and again.
Yiwu's newly cooked tea, good sweetness, aroma is also elegant;
After a few years, the more lubricated and delicate, the aroma will be more restrained and low, and after swallowing, the dark fragrance will gush up from the throat.
Menghai's newly cooked tea, the tea is still somewhat still in the figure, like a blunted sword, stuffy, not painful, but powerful. The soup is dignified, such as bean paste, and the aroma is also heavy, with a high concentration of sauce and liquor.
And the old cooked tea of Menghai, it is a cup of vintage old sauce wine, which smells intoxicating and drinks well.
Whether raw or cooked, Yi Wu is always Wudang, while Menghai is a Shaolin sect.

Have a dinner with friends.
People with similar temperaments also have similar preferences. For example, it is delicious and can penetrate the whole body. Mellow, soft and fragrant. Indispensable. Yi Wu, who has been precipitated for ten years, is not old, but it is enough. Oily, sweet, open and full of yiwu taste. The original kind of fragrant water is soft, and now it is a deep soup to warm the stomach, like a lantern under the night, and the brilliance has just appeared.
Pu'er tea, interesting, playful. Yu Pu'er tea, is changeable. Storing Pu'er tea, we must not only look at the present, but also look at the future. To get the good of the present, but also to get the good of the future. This is the pleasure of storing Pu'er tea, and it is also fundamental.
Yi Wu, no matter which mountain it is, is worth surviving.

Spring water and autumn fragrance, this sentence has a very important meaning in the process of tasting Pu'er tea, to give up on spring tea, the pursuit of aroma.
The fragrance of spring tea is in the soup, "the water contains the fragrance", that is, "the incense dissolves in the water".
This kind of incense does not refer to the smell of the fragrance floating outside the tea soup, but refers to the taste sensation of the tea soup in the mouth after drinking tea.

In the Pu'er tea industry, the bend bow is famous, not only because of its former glory, but also because of its innate forest atmosphere, and the unique sweet taste that makes people linger.
Gazing at the delicate taste, I deeply smelled the smell from the mountains and the mixed floral fragrance, melodious and fragrant, comfortable, invigorating, refreshing.

The so-called high-quality Pu'er tea must have the following three characteristics:
First, there must be a tea fragrance, whether old or new, there must be, floral fragrance, honey fragrance mixed.
The aroma of the tea itself is the soul of a tea. The aroma of Pu'er tea comes from linalool, and linalool will be transformed with time, which is the reason why Pu'er tea is worth collecting and preserving, and we can feel the tea aroma of each stage in the long river of time. Therefore, from the perspective of long-term storage and transformation, whether the tea itself has a rich aroma is the key criterion for judging whether a tea is worth retaining.
Second, the taste should have thickness, and the speed at which bitterness returns to sweetness should be fast.
The contents should be rich and diverse, and the taste should be balanced. Only such a tea is worth storing, and can it be old and strong. "Concentration" and "thickness" are different. Any tea, the amount of tea is more, the brewing time is long, it will be thick, but it may not be thick.
"Thick" and "thin" are relative. Thick, it is equivalent to a pot of soup boiled over a low flame; thin, that is, the soup is drunk, and a scoop of boiling water is added to the soup.
The third and most important point is to have a rhyme.
If a tea only has a tea flavor and no rhyme, this tea is not perfect. "Back to Ganshengjin", "full of soup", "good coordination", "body feeling", "the more you drink, the more you want to drink", "after drinking a cup and thinking about the next cup", these are the criteria for describing a high-quality Pu'er tea.
Tea taste, is basic. Tea rhymes, is the soul of the gods.
