In the past, "the first difficulty of shed reform", today's livable new community.
Luohu's "second-line flower arrangement" shed reform was once recognized as the "first difficulty":
The scope is unprecedented, covering an area of about 600,000 square meters; the building volume is mainly the unprecedented volume of untreated illegal buildings left over from history, with a construction area of about 1.3 million square meters; the complexity of public safety hazards is unprecedented, and the high-risk level of fire safety hazards in 3 areas has reached 100%.
However, with the safety of the lives and property of 93,000 people in the area, Luohu has no way to retreat and can only "fight a war against the water".
The Luohu District Party Committee and District Government regarded this project as the "No. 1 People's Livelihood Project" of that year. The command headquarters is located on the spot, 76 grids cover all loopholes and owners, a four-level command system is established, and more than 3,000 cadres go deep into the front line of shed reform.
There is only one purpose - to promote the early entry of the project into the construction stage.
The day and night of the fortification are the unforgettable years for many Luohu shed reformers. Epidemic prevention and control is another "hard battle" that shoulders the health of residents in the jurisdiction.
Luohu has successively received a number of examination questions:
Last year's "8.14" epidemic emergency, more than 1,000 medical staff, 3,300 cadres and workers sank to the front line of the community;
In the "12.2" epidemic emergency, 700 people and 14 hours a day fought all night to ensure that the city's production and life continued as usual, and accurate prevention and control minimized the impact of the epidemic;
In May this year, nucleic acid testing was carried out in Yantian District, and the medical staff of the Luohu Emergency Sampling Working Group and more than 1,000 samples of materials arrived at the scene within half an hour for emergency support, with a maximum of more than 46,000 samples in one round;
In June, a positive case of new crown pneumonia stayed in The East Gate, and Luohu blocked the area and issued an announcement on the same day, and it took only 3 days to complete the disposal of relevant personnel and environment;

Where does efficiency come from? The key is the Luohu medical reform. Through the medical reform, Luohu District has integrated all the public medical resources in the jurisdiction and formed the Luohu Hospital Group, a close-knit medical association with a unified legal person. The management model of unified legal persons allows the personnel and property of these public medical institutions to be uniformly attributed. Ability to quickly form combat effectiveness.
The reform of public hospitals is a "hard bone" in the whole country.
