Luohu's "second-line flower arrangement" shed reform was once recognized as the "first difficulty":

Epidemic prevention and control is another "hard battle" that shoulders the health of residents in the jurisdiction.

Luohu has successively received a number of examination questions:

Last year's "8.14" epidemic emergency, more than 1,000 medical staff, 3,300 cadres and workers sank to the front line of the community;

In the "12.2" epidemic emergency, 700 people and 14 hours a day fought all night to ensure that the city's production and life continued as usual, and accurate prevention and control minimized the impact of the epidemic;

Where does efficiency come from? The key is the Luohu medical reform. Through the medical reform, Luohu District has integrated all the public medical resources in the jurisdiction and formed the Luohu Hospital Group, a close-knit medical association with a unified legal person. The reform of public hospitals is a "hard bone" in the whole country. Luohu is the earliest built-up area in Shenzhen, and it is the first to face the problem of spatial bottlenecks restricting development.
