The company implanted growth hormone gene sequences extracted from Pacific Chinook "salmon" and antifreeze protein gene sequences extracted from ocean cod in the fertilized eggs of Atlantic "salmon", and bred a new "salmon" species from 3 species of fish. This culture method mainly considers the large size of Zinook "salmon", the antifreeze protein in the blood of ocean cod, which not only increases weight, but also improves antifreeze ability, thereby shortening the growth cycle by half compared with normal "salmon".
