Why should such a person betray the state and be willing to be a traitor, and through what means did he leak confidential information?
In 1933, in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang, where the ice and snow were icy, an ordinary child was born, and his parents named him Liu Liankun, who was not quiet when he was a child, but belonged to the kind of naughty extrovert.
At that time, when his home country was in turmoil, the young Liu Liankun was not the kind of person who was willing to be ordinary, he ran away from home alone, and finally chose to join the army under the leadership of the Ccp and became a member of the People's Liberation Army.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Liu Liankun relied on his own efforts and struggles in the army, all the way up to the rank of major general, and was responsible for managing the ordnance department of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, at that time most of the people who came from the revolutionary years were simple and mellow, but Liu Liankun still retained some of the oil slipperiness of his youth, he did not concentrate wholeheartedly on work and national development, but he attached more importance to interpersonal communication and economic interests, and this kind of personality problem will also make him make the most important mistake in his life in the near future.
In the 1980s, the state focused on strengthening infrastructure construction in all aspects, and in the development of the military industry and weapons research, Liu Liankun did make indelible contributions, but unfortunately, his original intention was not for the party and the people.
So in the late 1990s, Liu Liankun, who was bent on promotion, was about to win the opportunity to be promoted to lieutenant general, but his corrupt economic problems were discovered by the organization, and his dream of promotion was suddenly shattered, but for him, the punishment imposed by the state for his wrong behavior did not make him realize his mistakes and reflect deeply, but made him remember and hate the state.

Since the victory in the War of Liberation, the Kuomintang authorities have fled to the island of Taiwan, but they still have the dream of counterattacking the mainland to seize power, and they have sent groups of secret agents into the mainland to steal intelligence or disrupt social order.

In that era, twenty thousand US dollars was a huge amount of money, and huge promised Liu Liankun that after starting intelligence work, there would be a work bonus of 400,000 to 1 million Taiwan dollars, and later he could also move overseas or Taiwan to live, under such rich conditions, Liu Liankun also became more determined to be a traitor, and he quickly replaced Shao Zhengzong and became "Shao Kang No. 2".

In 1999, after a serious trial by the Chinese people's court, the traitor Liu Liankun was sentenced to lethal injection for "espionage" and "endangering national security", deprived of political rights for life, and in August, he was executed.
