On June 8, 1949, the police of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau received a report from the masses that Bi Xiaohui, director of the 21st Radio Station of the Kuomintang Air Force Command, had "illegally hidden weapons" at his home, so the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately sent police to investigate.
At this time, Bi Xiaohui, director of the 21st Radio Station of the Kuomintang Air Force, had already fled the mainland, and only his two aunts and wives were left in his hometown in Shanghai.
When the police knocked on the door of Bi Xiaohui's house, it was Bi Xiaohui's aunt Zhu Shi who opened the door. In the face of the interrogation of public security cadres and policemen, Zhu Shi did not dare to slacken off.
