Yangtze River Daily Wuhan Client October 1 (reporter Ai Chenguang) On October 1, on National Day, 20 Chucai young reporters walked into one of the cultural landmarks of Wuhan that returned in costume - Tanhua Gongshu Forest, visited historical and cultural buildings, learned the etiquette and methods of poetry recitation, and set up wooden "fighter jets".

The young reporters learned that the Wuchang Tanhualin Historical and Cultural Block, which gathers diverse cultures such as nature, ancient city, religion, architecture, education, and health, is a "living" modern history book of Wuhan. Tan Hua Gong Shu Lin is located in the eastern section of Tan Hua Lin Block, witnessing the vicissitudes of a hundred years. In 1899, the American Mary Elizabeth Wood came to China to visit her brother Robert E. Wood in Wuchang, and then stayed at Tan Hualin's Wenhua Academy to teach basic English. In 1903, she organized a reading room at the Wuchang Tanhualin Wenhua School. In 1910, the library was expanded and named Wenhua Gongshu Forest, which later became the library of Wenhua Middle School and Wenhua University. After a century of ups and downs, Tanhua Gongshulin has once again provided cultural services to the general public.

In the Tanhua Gongshu Forest, Wu Shiqi, a member of the Hubei Provincial Recitation Artists Association, taught young reporters the etiquette and methods of recitation: "First of all, we must understand the etiquette norms during recitation. During the recitation, the boy's feet are in figure-eight steps, and the hands are pressed against the seam of the pants; the girls' feet are in a T-shaped step, and the hands can be folded on the abdomen. ”

"The motherland I paint is a flower, and only flowers are the most beautiful spring colors in the world; the motherland I paint is a new shoot, and only the new shoot can show the vigor of life; the motherland I painted is a new bamboo plant, and only Hsinchu can show Zhengzheng's backbone..." Wu Shiqi led the young reporters to memorize and recite the poem "I Paint China.", "The text is somewhat long, and it can be quickly written down through joint ideas." ”

Li Tongyu from Huiji Road Primary School in Jiang'an District recited the entire poem with great emotion, he said that when it came to the motherland before, there was no very clear concept, and when the motherland was compared to flowers, new shoots, and new bamboo, it was immediately vivid and vivid, and also let me understand its profound connotation.

After practicing indoors, the young reporters walked out of the Tanhua Gongshu Forest and recited their newly learned poems in the sunlight outside the door. Visitors stop to listen, smiling and applauding.

A small reporter said that outdoor recitation exercises courage, and wooden puzzles allow themselves to learn reasoning and analysis, and improve their hands-on ability, which are the skills that young journalists should have. Several students discussed: "After we go home, we will practice in a targeted manner." ”
