Recently, the "ghost restaurant" that has disappeared before seems to have signs of resurgence.
On July 19, according to Peninsula News, the Western restaurant in Qianjing Xiaoguan, Donghai East Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao encountered a "clone takeaway restaurant". According to the staff of the Western restaurant, when he browsed the Ele.me platform, he found a restaurant with the same name as his store, and his store had never registered on the Ele.me takeaway platform. The reporter inquired about the business license and food business license (catering service license) through the Meituan APP, and the more than ten stores at No. 8 Anlelin Road, the business license on the meituan line was "Beijing Yueshi Catering Management Co., Ltd.", and the food business license was "Beijing Qingyuan Four Seasons Shabu-shabu".

In March this year, Zigong City, Sichuan Province, conducted centralized rectification of 184 suspected illegal businesses on the Ele.me platform, 49 suspected illegal merchants on the Ele.me Star Selection platform, and 284 suspected illegal merchants on the Meituan takeaway platform, and found that 206 merchants were suspected of operating beyond the scope, 18 merchants did not match the store address, 281 merchants were missing food business licenses, 7 merchants were overdue, 11 merchants' public business licenses, and food business license information did not match.
