According to the Decision on Granting Traffic Permits (Su Gao Xu Zi (2020) No. 00370) issued by the Traffic Police Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation and the Traffic Police Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, the following half-width traffic control notice is implemented during the expansion of the Baoying Water Service Area and the Gaoyou Longben Service Area of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway:
1. Closing time
10:00 on July 13, 2021 to 24:00 on February 28, 2022
