Li Yinglan has been appointed secretary of the Jiangjin District PARTY Committee

Born in 1965, Li Yinglan has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fengjie County CPC Committee, executive deputy county governor, a member of the Standing Committee of the Kaixian County CPC Committee, an executive deputy county magistrate, a county magistrate, and a county party secretary.

In August 2015, Li Yinglan was appointed deputy secretary of the Hechuan District Party Committee and acting district chief, and was elected as the district chief in September, less than one year, and in July 2016, he was appointed as the secretary of the Hechuan District Party Committee.
