After obtaining the consent of his parents, he left dashan for the first time and came to Changzhi City, a big city he saw, and when he arrived in Changzhi City, he quickly found a temporary job working in an auto repair factory.
He got up early and worked in the dark, wanting to be recognized for his hard work and integrate into the city, but before he could adjust to life there, he had a special opportunity.
That year, the local government wanted to send a group of laborers to Beijing, and after hearing about it, he did not hesitate to run directly to sign up, and Zhang Juncheng believed that only by seeing more of the world could he continuously improve himself.

Soon, the move of the Ximen security class of Peking University became a beautiful landscape of Peking University, which was admired by the teachers and students of Peking University and tourists, and for a while, he seemed to have ushered in the highlight moment of his life.
But the work of security guards is not easy, often can not be understood by people, all kinds of cold words of ridicule, but also often happened to Zhang Juncheng, Zhang Juncheng did not complain, he wrote in his diary: "This is a kind of tempering! ”

Zhang Juncheng thought: "Isn't it just bullying me that I can't speak foreign languages?" I'm going to learn! Security guards can also learn foreign languages! After Zhang Juncheng made up his mind, he immediately took action, and the next day he took advantage of the rest time of the changing of the guard to go out and buy two English books.
He had to learn from scratch, he had to work hard, he couldn't learn by standing guard during the day, he used the night duty time to teach himself, during that time, he insisted on learning every day after three o'clock in the morning.
With a poor foundation and a weak foundation, he did not have a clue at first, but he still stubbornly persevered, until late one night, when he was reading English in a non-standard voice, a female teacher came to him.
The female teacher asked him what he was doing, he replied that he was reading English, and after listening to Zhang Juncheng's words, the female teacher first praised his studious spirit, and then said:
