Amway is a very unpopular, but definitely good movie, "Silent Wedding Nunta Muta"
It's really interesting to find this movie.

Before going to Romania once, the interest in this country suddenly increased, when I set out, I really didn't do much homework, but after I came back, I was hung up, intermittently collected a lot of information about this Carpathian mountain country, the more I thought about it, the more interesting it was, and it was out of control.
These include Romanian films.
Before that, I had only seen two Romanian films, one called 4 luni, 3 săptămâni și 2 zile, two days a week in April, shot in 2007, and the other called Bucharest East at 12:08 a fost?, which was shot in 2006. In a word, it is very Eastern European. Maybe this land is soaked with too much blood and tears, and the world that comes out of the camera is always full of shame, tearing and hurt helplessness and grief, but even the most difficult days have to continue to live, right? So what you see at the other end of the camera is full of magic, sometimes it is simply absurd black comedy, between trance, do not know whether it is true or false, want to argue and forget.
The silent wedding Nunta Muta was filmed in 2008, and the same is true.
The structure of the film is not complicated, telling a sad story from the wedding to the funeral.
The first to appear on camera are a few young people who shoot unusual stories, all the way to a dark, cold, as if forgotten industrial ruins, meet a group of old women dressed in black, described as withered, crazy, but from those fragmented, vague descriptions, began the second part of the film.
The camera takes a turn to more than half a century ago, spring of 1953 to be precise, and remember this time, which is the key twist of the plot. At this time, the film is bright, lively, lively, full of fireworks and human flavor, even if it looks a little chaotic and dirty.
There is a drunken, simple and rough rural uncle, and a good partner who is also drunk.
There are little farts who run around and think they don't know anything, but in fact they know everything;
There are also young lovers who love warmly, love unrestrainedly, love unscrupulously, because the sky is covered, the ground is a bed, and a love action movie is staged without a word, you and I can feel the deep love and honey that can be squeezed out with a little force across the screen;
There are also crazy rural inventors, fireworks women who are wandering skeletons, riding three trampolines, walking through village alleys, majestic open-air movie projectionists, and what they thought was important roles at first, but later found out that they were actually a trio of rural propaganda responsible for amusing.
All of this makes up a picture of the Romanian countryside from the fifties. If you must say that there is something wrong, it is that everything is a little too beautiful, and the beautiful is a little unreal, just like the beautiful woman who appears in the woods, beautiful without a little human taste, when the fairy appears in the human world, sometimes it is not necessarily all good.
Back to the young people who have loved each other so much, because the following is a big scene in their lives, the grand and grand wedding of the whole village is about to begin, the director tirelessly tells the audience how many cows, how many pigs, how many bottles of wine, those white shiny tablecloths after washing, a look is to treasure the porcelain plates that are usually reluctant to use, and the joy on everyone's face and their new clothes, indicating that this wedding is for this small village. Really a big day not to be missed.
Well, it's a big day, but not just a good day, because on March 5, Joseph Stalin died thousands of kilometers away.
What about romanians? Really about!
Cancel all entertainment, cancel all sports competitions, cancel all theatrical performances, cancel all weddings including this one, and, cancel all funerals, well, don't include Stalin's funeral, or you'll be sucked with a big ear scraper.
The good wedding looks like it is about to be stirred up, the logic of the peasants is very simple, after seven days when everything returns to normal, these pigs, cows, sheep will all be ruined... So they came up with a "clever" solution.
This is one of my favorite scenes in the whole film.
At nightfall, the guests, who should have dispersed, all quietly returned, with wine, meat, and a somewhat mischievous smile. A large group of people huddled tightly together, but there was no sound at all, why? The wine glasses were wrapped in cotton, the musical instruments were tightly wrapped, and even the metal knives and forks were confiscated and replaced by hand-torn meat, so naturally there was no sound. The toast turned into a pantomime performance, and the whispers passed from beginning to end, although they had already been unrecognizable, the most pitiful thing was the children who were lively by nature, and their mouths were tightly wrapped up, watching these adults acting.
Everyone's movements are permeated with a little exaggeration, a little helplessness, a little bit of joy, a little bit... uncanny?
It's just that a wedding like this is still a wedding?
At the beginning of the film, the strong man who is always drunk is the bride's father, and at this time he shouts a sentence from the special grandfathers.
Above, don't talk!
Although at the time he did not know how much this sentence cost. I don't know if he kept rubbing and rubbing it later, because he was upset about this white shirt specially prepared for the wedding, or because the bullet shot too deeply, it was too painful? A pool of blood oozing out will probably tell us the answer.
The film is not long, only less than an hour and a half, the whole film does not have a big truth, the story is particularly simple, not so complex and exquisite structure, that is, to tell a story that turns a wedding into a funeral. Each shot is very crisp and clean, there is no unnecessary nonsense, even many of the film's habitual emotional rendering, layers of bedding are too lazy to use, directly pull out to throw it to you in a daze, look at it yourself. As for what you think after watching it, that's your business, and the director doesn't have to worry about it.
Loved the cameraman's style of framing.
There are vast expanses of Romanian countryside, yellow, green, woods, fields, sunlight sprinkled everywhere like money, and the charming barn and the face full of desire hidden under the grain, and the beef that is buzzing on the grill, as if to tell everyone how beautiful life is.
There is also a detail hidden from you, a blood-stained military merit badge, a birthmark that appears twice in total, a two-handed circling on the table, two hands that can't help but break in, and the circus that suddenly broke in, which at first felt completely unnecessary, and later found out that it was really a stroke of God.
There is one more secret to tell you.
It is said that this is the real thing, not to deceive you.
