In order to effectively strengthen the standardization of household affairs windows and continuously improve the ability and service level of household registration management, from June 8 to June 9, Wang Xian, deputy head of the public security detachment of the Weinan Municipal Public Security Bureau, Zhang Gang, a grassroots basic brigade of household administration, and four other people came together to inspect and guide the standardization of household affairs windows, and organized all household registration auxiliary police to conduct post qualification certification examinations.
Accompanied by Lei Yongfeng, captain of the county bureau's public security brigade, and Liu Yanli, captain of the household administration brigade, Wang Xian, deputy detachment leader, and others respectively adopted the method of combining listening to reports and on-site inspections, and successively conducted on-the-spot inspections of the contents of the police affairs open wall, the allocation of police forces, the overall health environment, the police appearance and discipline, and the management of household registration files in the household registration rooms of the Police Stations in Heichi, Ganjing, and other police stations, and asked questions about the implementation of the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Household Registration Handling Work of the Public Security Organs of Weinan City" in handling business. Wang Detachment stressed: We must fully understand the importance of standardizing the construction of the household registration window, and in the course of handling business, we must not only be familiar with policies, familiar with procedures, and shorten the time for the masses to do things, but also provide a comfortable working environment for the masses, do practical things for the people, and solve problems.
On the afternoon of June 9, Deputy Detachment Leader Wang Xian and others organized the civil (auxiliary) police of our bureau to conduct a post qualification certification examination in the conference room on the second floor of the county bureau. In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the examination, this examination adopts a closed-book examination and organizes a special police force to conduct a patrol examination. Before the exam, everyone spontaneously turned off or muted their phones and turned them in. In the process of examination, everyone strictly abided by the examination regulations and examination room discipline, had a correct attitude, full of spirit, serious thinking, careful answers, everyone submitted the answer sheets within the specified time, and the whole examination task was smooth and successful. Through the examination, we have further tested everyone's grasp of the household registration policy, achieved the purpose of promoting learning through examination, and applied what we have learned, laying a solid foundation for better serving the masses in the future.
