At the ceremony site, the director of the office of the leading group for veterans' affairs of the provincial party committee, the deputy leader and director of the office of the provincial leading group for double support work, the secretary of the party group and the director of the provincial department of veterans' affairs, Sun Yonghui, the secretary of the party group and the director of the provincial department of veterans' affairs, respectively, and the Guizhou branch of China Telecom Co., Ltd., the Guizhou branch of China United Network Communications Co., Ltd., the Guizhou branch of China Mobile Communications Group, and the Guizhou Petroleum Branch of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. The responsible persons of the Guizhou Sales Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation signed a cooperation agreement on preferential care for the military.
According to the agreement, the five enterprises will provide service products such as formulating exclusive communication packages, designing exclusive personalized communications and oil preferential treatment for military dependents, retired soldiers and other preferential care objects in the province in their fields, and carry out traffic gifts and other activities on important festivals such as August 1st, New Year's Day, and Spring Festival as appropriate; set up special windows in business outlets, post priority signs for military personnel and retired soldiers in obvious positions, and open green channels for preferential care objects holding valid documents such as military officer cards, soldier certificates, retirement certificates, preferential treatment certificates, etc., to provide priority services.
The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Veterans Affairs Department said that the signing ceremony is an effective measure to mobilize social forces to provide services for the province's preferential care targets. In the next step, we will also promote the socialization of supporting the military and providing preferential care in more fields, improve the sense of pride, honor and sense of achievement of military dependents, retired soldiers and other preferential care objects, and create a good social atmosphere of "making military personnel a respected profession in the whole society".
