A few days ago, relying on Pu Jun to take his son Bull Devil King passed through Zhangjiakou, originally wanted to punch in the local museum as usual, but a check, it seems that there is no "treasure" in the collection, can not raise interest, see there is a branch of the Chinese Geological Museum, just like to dig fossils, want to see more related content, and the Bull Devil King is a hit. Thinking about the Geological Museum of China in Beijing, it is general, there is no national-level look, and the branch museum is naturally not much better, and it is estimated that it can be read in an hour.

But I really didn't expect that when I came to the front, I found that it was so different!!! It is completely a high-end atmospheric national museum
The overall architectural design of the Geological Museum is based on the geological and geomorphological characteristics of Zhangjiakou, and the shape design is inspired by volcanic eruptions.
The shared hall in the museum has a construction area of 475 square meters, is designed for hollow, runs through the third to fifth floors, with the theme of "The Earth Home where Heaven and Earth Meet", and places key exhibits such as "North China Dragon" and "Buckron". There are 5 regular exhibition halls, namely the Earth Hall, the Mineral and Rock Hall, the Paleontology Hall, the Resource Utilization Hall and the Geological Environment Hall.
Unusually, there was a pterodactyl flying above the head of the North China Dragon. Each exhibition hall is designed very well, surpassing the headquarters in Beijing. The Wagyu Demon King had been out until 12 noon from the opening of the museum at 9 a.m.
There are not too many fossil specimens in the museum, and I simply picked a few beautiful fossils to share with everyone.

There are many local citizens and tourists who come here during May Day. The two moving simulated dinosaurs at the door also attracted many children.
In the future, if you take your baby to Zhangjiakou to play, you must not miss this museum.
