Life habits of Tyrannosaurus rex:

Located at the top of the food chain, Tyrannosaurus was a top predator, probably feeding on large dinosaurs such as ctenophores of the duck-billed dragons or sauropods of the Namogaids.

Adult Tyrannosaurus rex may have competed slightly with other small theropod dinosaurs, such as boredosaurs, ostrichosaurs, and sauropods, as well as the order of oviraptorosaurs, Rychinosaurus, or small skimmers, a dinosaur sometimes considered a basal tyrannosaur superfamily. Other theropod dinosaurs, including: giant sickleosaurs, ornithistorans, chicken-like dragons, dinosaurs, sickleosaurs may have been herbivorous, and the above-mentioned ornithischian dinosaurs may have been omnivorous, feeding on small animals and not competing with Tyrannosaurus rex for food.
