The main content of the upgrading and renovation project: the road lighting, the nodes on both sides of the road and the greening of the shoulders of the 1-meter-wide dirt road on both sides of the Wuchu Avenue (Xinzhou Section), with a total area of about 16,450 square meters, a length of about 1 kilometer, and an investment amount of about 5 million yuan.
