Zhao Xin, an enforcement judge at the Daxing District People's Court in Beijing, joined the Communist Party of China in 2008. He has encountered dangers and setbacks, but he has always been on the front line of implementation. Zhao Xin submitted an application to the party organization as an undergraduate and joined the Chinese Communist Party as a graduate student. He once wrote in his application to join the party: "In all periods, the Communist Party of China has always put the interests of the people first. As a law student, I want to use my knowledge to safeguard social fairness and justice and contribute my share to the cause of the country's rule of law."

In 2010, after graduating from graduate school, Zhao Xin entered the Daxing court and began to work in the executive position. As executive judges, encountering difficulties and even threats is commonplace for them. Once Zhao Xin led the team to the execution site, just opened the law enforcement recorder at the moment, someone took a brick and threw it directly, half of it was wiped from his shoulder. "At that time, there was no feeling, and after about five seconds, I was very scared in my heart," Zhao Xin recalled, "If he hadn't been pulled by his family, I think he might have done other irrational behavior."

Although the execution work is full of risks and challenges, Zhao Xin always feels that this job is very valuable. Although it is very hard, their work can turn the parties' paper rights into real money and silver, which is the guarantee of the parties' rights and interests in winning the lawsuit.

Zhao Xin: Everyone says that the enforcement judge is the last mile to safeguard social fairness and justice, so as a party member, of course, it is even more important to do everything for the people and take the people as the center. In the work, no matter how difficult it is, as long as we insist on doing this job well, demanding ourselves according to the standards of party members, and practicing the oath of joining the party, we will have a sense of accomplishment, which is also a response to our oath in that year. After entering the new era, the people's expectations for fairness and justice are becoming stronger and stronger, as young party members and judges, we have a responsibility, to use the rest of our lives to contribute to the cause of the rule of law in the motherland, to provide guarantees for the realization of the legitimate rights and interests of the people, to enable the people to trust judges and believe in the rule of law.
