On September 13, the 7th Qinghai Provincial Traditional Sports Games for Ethnic Minorities launched a sandbag lifting project in Ledu District, Haidong City. The event is divided into 65 kg, 75 kg, 85 kg, 90 kg, 95 kg and above, and the sandbags held by the players are canvas cubes with a weight of 90 kg to 150 kg, and each 5 kg is a heavyweight. During the race, runners carry sandbags on their shoulders and walk from the starting point to the finish line 2 meters away.
