Today I would like to introduce you to a French artist with a lovely painting style, Aurélien Predal, who has several hats, art director, scene concept designer, character concept designer, all-round type. He has been in the animation industry for 14 years and graduated from the Collège Gaubran in 2006 with a graduation called Burning Safari. At present, he has participated in the project production of many animation manufacturers, including Aardman Animation in the United Kingdom (the world's leader in stop-motion animation), Sony Animation, DreamWorks, etc. His works include "Shaun the Sheep 2", "Elf Hostel" series, "The Voice of Joy", "The Little Prince", "Penguins of Madagascar", "Rebel Nursery Rhymes", "Guardians of the Bright Moon" and so on. He currently lives in London, England, living with a large number of exotic plants and his cat.

From 2016 to 2017, I participated in the production of this project, and I knew that "Shaun the Sheep" was a representative clay stop-motion animation work of Adman Animation, but this time I wanted to make something different. Aurélien Predal was pleased with her setting for the alien Lu-La and her spaceship, as well as the "blockbuster movie" design of Shaun the Sheep Farm.

Elf Hostel 2, 3

In 2014, he participated in the production of "Elf Hostel 2", responsible for the storyboard and preview of the color and lighting.

Produced in 2016, Elf Hostel 3 was also responsible for the coloring part of the pre-art, with the Atlantic City Tower, the ship's shape, deck and interior rooms designed by Marcelo Vignali, and the ship's engine part designed by Aurélien Predal.
