　　In 1972, Huang Jiayou was born in Hongqiao Village, Huaihe Town, Suizhou High-tech Zone. When he was 6 years old, he accidentally fell and was inserted into his right eye by a stacked branch, and since then his right eye has lost its light.

　　In 1988, Huang Jiayou's mother died of illness, and the family changes made him choose to drop out of school. In order to pick up the burden of the family, Huang Jiayou carried ash buckets at construction sites, cleaned up the slag of the aisles on the railway, worked as a janitor, took out the toilet, pedaled numb deliveries, and worked for 10 years.

One day, Huang Jiayou came to a construction site, just when the mixer on the construction site failed, when he took the initiative to help disassemble the motor, the hopper of the mixer suddenly slipped down and smashed on Huang Jiayou's head, and his left eye was pressed on the runway of the hopper, and his eyes were pitch black. After the doctor's diagnosis, the left orbital bone was broken, and his left eye also lost its light.

At the beginning of 2020, when the new crown epidemic broke out, Huang Jiayou took the initiative to donate 10,000 yuan to the Red Cross Society of Zengdu District for epidemic prevention and control. After the lockdown of Suizhou, Huang Jiayou arranged for the hotel to donate two truckloads of vegetables worth more than 30,000 yuan in time, alleviating the urgent need for residents in the community to lack vegetables. During the epidemic period, the hotel was closed, and Huang Jiayou still issued a minimum living allowance of more than 120,000 yuan to employees.
