Because the water in the canal was relatively fast at that time, the river was two or three meters deep, and the fishing enthusiasts found an oil barrel nearby and entered the river to rescue a girl floating on the surface of the water. Subsequently, the villagers of Qinglongshan Village, who received the information, rushed to the shore and joined forces to salvage the other three people ashore, and were immediately sent to Daqing City Hospital for treatment by 120. After emergency rescue by the hospital, the girl of about 4 years old survived, and the female driver of about 33 years old and another girl of about 13 years old and the sister-in-law of the female driver unfortunately died.
Due to the lack of dim vision at the accident site on the night of the accident, the insiders rushed to the hospital, the location of the car falling into the river is unknown, the water flow is rapid, there are more underwater obstacles and other factors, which cannot be salvaged. On October 18, under the organization of the relevant departments at the receiving place, the relevant departments began to salvage the vehicles that fell into the canal.
At about 10:00 a.m., the Daqing Aviation Rescue Detachment dispatched 10 commanders and fighters, 2 vehicles, and equipment such as traction ropes and rubber boats to carry out rescue work. Fire commanders and fighters drove kayaks to use anchor hooks, sonar and other equipment to detect, and at 12:45 noon, under the towing of the crane, successfully salvaged the falling vehicle.
