On August 19, Jilin Mayor Wang Lu and Yang Ruikai, Vice President of Huawei, held a discussion on future cooperation in new industries and new formats.

Wang Lu introduced in detail the development of industries such as fine chemicals, advanced materials, equipment manufacturing, electronic information, and deep processing of agricultural and livestock products in our city, as well as the transformation and upgrading of key enterprises such as Jilin Petrochemical, Jilin Chemical Fiber, Jilin Jianlong, and Hua microelectronics. He hoped that the two sides would innovate the cooperation model, broaden the cooperation ideas, and carry out in-depth cooperation in the construction of high-tech industrial parks, data center construction, software development, industrial investment attraction, etc., and hoped that Huawei would help the city's electronic information enterprises upgrade their technology, extend the industrial chain, further expand the industrial scale, and release new momentum.

Yang Ruikai said that Jilin City has a strong industrial foundation and has room for cooperation with Huawei in many fields. The two sides can introduce other social capital through new business models and carry out extensive cooperation in the fields of industrial chain supply, industrial Internet, and smart cities. He hoped that Jilin City would pay more attention to Huawei's industrial development needs and find more cooperation points.
