In 2012, Chen Fei, a "post-90s" girl who had just graduated and started her own business, felt a joy she had never felt before when she accidentally participated in a public welfare activity to comfort the elderly in a nursing home. Since then, she has embarked on the road of public welfare for nearly 10 years.

Chen Fei is good at thinking, and after participating in public welfare activities for many times, she has her own ideas: public welfare activities are not only about doing good deeds and helping, but how to bring gospel and hope to more people in need. In 2012, she and several like-minded young people planned to establish the Jinhu County "Little Water Drops" Volunteer Association. In the past 10 years, she and her friends have helped and accompanied those who are in difficulty, and "Little Water Drop" has attracted more and more caring people, from the initial 7 people to more than 760 people today.

At the same time, Chen Fei realized that young people have gradually become the main force in the field of public welfare, leading and organizing them to participate in public welfare activities and making a youthful voice will be the direction of the future work of "Little WaterDrop". In 2017, Chen Fei established the "Little Water Drop" Youth Love Party Building Work Room, took the county's difficult families as the real base for rotation training, adopted the method of "multi-point joint training and coordinated progress", and carried out the activity of "showing youth style" through speeches, knowledge quizzes and other methods; organized more than 60 league members and young people to carry out "Youth Voice" activities every month, and held learning experience seminars and report meetings. She has also organized and carried out more than 290 public welfare activities such as helping the disabled, helping the poor, helping students, and promoting civilization, and planning and implementing public welfare service projects such as caring for sunset red and increasing the energy of left-behind children with a unique "book"... The footprints of the young volunteers of the association are all over the town (street) of the county, and more than ten young volunteers have been commended as outstanding league members and outstanding communist party members in Jinhu County.

With the development of public welfare service projects such as the love of water droplet children who are lost to the elderly who have lost their lonely nests, the beauty of the "wheel" and "call" to care for the disabled, the plan to help left-behind children grow and seedlings, and the lighting of micro-wishes, the public welfare road of "Little Waterdrop" is getting wider and wider, and more and more projects are being carried out. Over the years, Chen Fei has been in love with the elderly who have lost their independence, and has used her rest time to visit all towns (streets) and villages (residences) in the county to respect the elderly homes, which are called "warm hearts and small cotton jackets" by the elderly; caring for left-behind children, she has carried out more than 30 "micro-wishes" activities, joined hands with schools, families and society to solve the education problems of left-behind children, and was affectionately called "confidant sister" by children; took the lead in carrying out "water conservation and love of water" to protect nature activities, served as the river chief of the Linong River that runs through the county town and connects the countryside, and led young volunteers to monitor water conditions and water quality. Participated in the construction of a beautiful water town with blue sky, green earth and clear water, and was known as "the most beautiful water fairy". In July this year, Chen Fei was awarded the "Good Man of Jiangsu".
