2 teaspoons baking powder

200 g soy yogurt
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch

75 g sugar (6 Tablespoons)
55 g refined coconut oil (1/4 cup) soft
2.5 tbsp rapeseed oil

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease the dish at 26 cm.
To make a cake, place flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in milk and oil.
Pour into a pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling and breadcrumbs at the same time. For fillings, mix all ingredients (except blueberries) in a blender and mix until homogeneous.
For breadcrumb fillings, mix all the ingredients and knead them into soft and large crumbs.
Remove the cake from the oven and spread the filling on top.
Spread the blueberries evenly over the filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar cream on top.
Bake for another 40 minutes or until the crumbs turn golden brown.
Let it cool on the rack for about 15 minutes, then remove the cake and cool it completely.
Serve when cooled.
