High scores are evaluated by the index! It is of great significance that Kaos empowered Haier to build a lighthouse factory

Recently, the World Economic Forum (WEF) launched a global assessment of the Intelligent Industry Index, and under the empowerment of Caoos COSMOPlat, Haier participated in the assessment as a representative of Chinese enterprises with the leading ability and influence of the "Lighthouse Factory".

After the evaluation of the three core elements and 16 dimensions of process, technology and enterprise organization, Haier's four interconnected factories passed with high scores, and passed more than 10 items such as process, technology interconnection and enterprise organization management.

With the deepening of the transformation of the manufacturing industry and the promotion of national strategies such as new infrastructure, the domestic industrial Internet platform has gradually gone through a single point of technological breakthrough and is developing in the direction of systematically and integratedly solving industrial problems. Therefore, after becoming the benchmark of domestic smart factories, the "intelligent" manufacturing road of Caoos COSMOPlat is also continuing to deepen, from building a "lighthouse factory" to building a "lighthouse base", setting up a model of intelligent manufacturing in China.

In 2018, Kaos COSMOPlat empowered Haier's central air conditioning interconnection factory to be selected into the World Economic Forum's list of the world's first batch of advanced "lighthouse factories", and Haier became the first and only enterprise in China to be selected.

In 2020, Haier Shenyang Refrigerator Interconnection Factory, which was built based on the large-scale customization model of Caoos COSMOPlat, was once again selected into the list of "Lighthouse Factories", and Haier took the lead in becoming the only enterprise in the world with two "Lighthouse Factories" at the same time; in September this year, Haier Tianjin Washing Machine Interconnection Factory empowered by Caos COSMOPlat was rated as a new phase of "Lighthouse Factory", becoming the world's first end-to-end "Lighthouse Factory" in the washing machine industry.

At the same time, based on the practical experience of the "Lighthouse Factory", Haier Sino-German Smart Park relies on the large-scale customization mode of CAOSCOSMOPlat and the application case of the connected factory to become the first Chinese enterprise to win the German Industry 4.0 Award. So far, CAOSCOSMOPlat has also stepped out of the continuous empowerment path from the interconnected factory to the lighthouse factory to the "lighthouse base", which also marks that the innovative ecological empowerment model of CAOSCOSMOPlat has been recognized internationally.

Taking this award as an opportunity, COSMOPlat will continue to explore in depth in the field of smart factory construction, provide innovative solutions for more enterprises to deploy new technologies, achieve transformation and upgrading, and create more "lighthouse factories" for China and the world.
