"Oz Mirage Wizard of Oz Trend Special Exhibition" The world's first exhibition Shanghai Station recently kicked off at the MixC Art Space, the exhibition spans the National Day, New Year's Day and other holiday hot files, planned to continue until January 5 next year, radiating the entire Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai areas.
"I hope that through this exhibition, through the artist's creation, the audience who does not know the Wizard of Oz can experience and feel the meaning of the Wizard of Oz with their eyes and hearts: how should we know the world, get along with people and how to know ourselves in a group society." Curator Sen Hye-seok introduced that the "Oz Mirage Wizard of Oz Trend Special Exhibition" covers an area of about 800 square meters, and is newly interpreted and created by 8 Korean artists based on the famous book "The Wizard of Oz", paying tribute to the classics. Artists use multiple modern techniques to reconstruct the original work, such as installation artist Roe Dongsik's pioneering Cotton Hurricane as a necessary condition for the world of the Wizard of Oz, which will take the audience back to Oz through time and space.
The exhibition consists of 8 different scenes, including "Toward the Tornado", "Welcome Party of the Dwarves", and "Flower Field". The audience takes a hurricane and is taken to a strange world, and the exhibition recreates Therashi and the classic scenes from the original book such as the scarecrow, the blacksmith, the lion and so on, allowing the audience to enjoy the trend feast brought by this fairy tale in an immersive experience. Qian Huihao said, "Re-walking the path of the fairy tale, everyone who returns to the country of Oz by the tornado can throw away the confusion and make a self-searching trip in the illusion, explore and discover all the way, face the reality honestly, face yourself, and realize your dream wish." ”
"Oz Fantasy Wizard of Oz Trend Special Exhibition" combines device interaction and sentiment analysis machine to create a multimedia experience space.
