Based on the localization of Guangzhou, "Our Life" tells the story of the rebellious street dance teenager Ah Yu (Han Yu), the inferior girl Xiao Meng (Xi Jiaqi), and the optimistic and positive volunteer Tianhong (Liu Yaqian) who became friends with street dance, and unremittingly chased their dreams in volunteer service and contributed to society hand in hand. At the same time, Ah Yu and his father (Zhou Renxun) are reconciled in the conflict between trend culture and traditional culture, boldly "blending martial arts into dance", and casting the spirit of the times and traditional culture in the development of Chinese street dance.

Volunteer service has become a daily routine in the lives of young people in Guangzhou, and "Our Life" tells the story of Guangzhou youth. In June this year, a video of "Guangzhou street dance young volunteers improvising street dance for on-site medical workers at the nucleic acid testing point of Fengyang Street in Haizhu District" attracted the attention of street dance volunteers. "We were on site to maintain order, carry supplies, and have a busy day. Because of the sudden rainstorm, the work had to be suspended, so we thought it would be better to dance a street dance to relieve everyone's fatigue, so we improvised. Wu Yanjie, a street dance volunteer who is one of the street dance volunteers in the video, said that in Guangzhou, there are more than 100 street dance volunteers like them, and the team is still growing.
