In addition to driving a motorcycle without a license, the motorcycle driver Pan Mou also has illegal acts such as driving an unregistered vehicle on the road and driving a motorcycle without wearing a safety helmet. The police temporarily detained the motorcycle in accordance with the law, and carried out severe criticism and education for the 2 drivers and passengers, requiring their parents to educate and supervise and perform their guardianship responsibilities.
