My home is a ladder and a family unit, with the consent of the community property, the entrance is directly moved to the outside space to reduce the indoor crowding.
Living room:
Simply make a curved storage area for the background wall of the living room sofa, factory custom wood veneer background wall combined with the storage table, the curved edge can also alleviate the difficulty of cleaning, and the vase decoration is very beautiful in the later stage.
Opened the wall between the living room balconies, one is not worried about ventilation and lighting, and the other is to enlarge the overall space,
For the living room area, I still pursue high-grade minimalism, so I finally choose the style of artistic paint, and the overall modern style are more matched, hollow out a part in the middle, and directly embed the TV in the later stage.
There is an invisible door on the side, and pushing the door opens to the south second bedroom space of the home.
balcony:
The balcony after opening up has a small detail to share with you, the most side of the sofa background wall extends a part of the curved wall, just enough to cover the part of the embedded cabinet body of the balcony space! Although it is open-ended, it still ensures the beauty and privacy of the space.
This part of the space on the balcony adds a recessed cabinet between the two windows, and various cleaning items such as brooms and mops can be stored later.
restaurant:
The meter box is exposed to me completely unbearable, just the restaurant side to create a side cabinet, so finally I asked the designer to create a three-split cabinet to hide the meter box perfectly, it looks much more beautiful!
At the same time, a part of the storage table in the middle is also reserved for 2 sockets, and small electrical appliances such as coffee machines, ovens, and juicers can be used in the later stage.
den:
For the office reading area, it is still hoped that the storage space can be sufficient. Therefore, the two sides of the L-shaped wall are made of recessed cabinets, and some of them are made of a separate glass cabinet above them, and the later handmade and toys can just be placed here.
There is also a door on the inside of the study that can be crossed through the stair steps to the independent courtyard on the outside of the first floor, and the combination of dynamic and static is achieved in one step.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is 18.7 square meters, and the side of the bed leads to the 4 square meters bathroom that comes with it. Originally, there was a cabinet partition in the middle of the master bedroom and the bathroom, which was directly dismantled and reinstalled, replaced by a long rainbow glass door, and the light transmission was not transparent.
The bedside background wall is a wooden veneer wall customized by the designer for my factory, and a hanging dresser was specially created above the background wall, and after the shower was completed from the bathroom, it just came here to wipe the skin care products, and in turn to meet the three major moving lines of shower → grooming → rest.
Bedroom Wardrobe Bedroom I designed according to my own needs, the upper, middle and lower divided into three areas. The top is relatively high, and it is usually placed in an infrequently used item such as a quilt. The middle golden area is mainly used to hang clothes, which is not easy to wrinkle and easy to take. On the bottom side is to create a grid shelf + chest of drawers, just enough to store some small objects.
Sub-guard:
My home is relatively spacious, in addition to the main bathroom, between the master bedroom and the second bedroom, there is also a separate second bathroom. Reserved for guests.
There is just a part of the wall on the side, and on both sides I asked the designer to type the embedded cabinet, one is to increase the storage space, and the other is to just cover the bathroom, but also to be more beautiful.
This kind of pull-out rotating multi-layer shoe rack really has to arrange one for the home, saving space each floor can be designed by themselves height, so that flat shoes and high heels have the right space, which is simply a must-have for small apartments!
North Second Bedroom:
Like the large L-shaped windows of the north second bedroom, the effect of ventilation and ventilation is needless to say, and the side wall is also made of recessed cabinets to provide more storage space.
South Second Bedroom:
The south second bedroom has a total of 13.5 square meters, and I don't want to put the nightstand anymore, so the side cabinet is hollowed out according to the height of the bed, and the extra part is just used as a storage table.
