Shuitu Street is neither the core urban area of Beibei nor the scenery of Caijiagang, but it is such a relatively ordinary place, but it has a glorious page in history.
Shuitu Street is located on the side of the Jialing River, and a small river flows into the Jialing River near the market town. Not far from the upper reaches of the Jialing River is the Guanyin Gorge, one of the small three gorges of the Jialing River, due to the influence of the canyon terrain on the water flow, the backwater tuo is formed here, and the sand and soil are piled up, so it is named "water and soil Tuo", and the name of the place where the water and soil is also named.
