It is said that the chickens here are all burned with wood, and the chicken soup is particularly fresh (but I didn't expect their chicken to be eaten twice, half to make large plates of chicken and half to make chicken soup).
Xi'an farmhouse, and Hangzhou is really a completely different ingredient, method, especially interesting.

There is also beef in the cold dish, which is soft and sticky. It is somewhat similar to The Beef Tendons of Hangzhou, but the slices are thicker, there is no excessive sauce flavor, but it is dipped in the oily spicy sauce next to the dish.

Next, there was a bunch of carbon bombardment. First came a large bowl of cold powder. It feels like it's made of mung bean powder, not the taste of the Q bomb, but a bite down like it's stuck, soft and silky.
The soup was particularly fragrant, and a bowl was hurriedly filled.
Then there's a crispy shortbread, layer by layer, and when you pinch it, it breaks. The crust was still quite fragrant, so I didn't hold back and ate one.
Next, there is the perilla knife cut. At this time, my stomach was slightly full, so I meant it and shared half of it with others. After biting down, I found that no, Xi'an's steamed buns are so solid! Hangzhou's hard pinch will eventually shrink into a ball.

Immediately after that, there was another burrito with shredded potatoes. This burritos are really delicious! The texture of the dough is similar to that of Hangzhou's wheat paste, soft and soft. The cakes are full of green onions and smell good.

The signature large plate chicken, the quality of the chicken itself is good, the large plate chicken is very crispy when it is made, but the meat quality is very elastic, not the kind of chicken without taste. The flavor of spices is not as heavy as that of restaurants in Xinjiang, but Titian's ingredients are used a lot.

Compared with the farmhouse dishes in Hangzhou, the ingredients will be more extensive, and they will also incorporate the flavors of some other cities in the northwest. Eat big fish, big meat.
