It is necessary to conduct assessments in strict accordance with scientific standards, establish work accounts, put an end to the occurrence of "sloppy accounts," and ensure that statistical data conform to objective reality; it is necessary to further strengthen the spirit of nailing nails, clarify the division of responsibilities, fully mobilize and launch from top to bottom, ensure that various control measures are in place, and fully protect the safety of the people's lives and property; it is necessary to conduct professional assessment and inspection of areas where dangerous situations have occurred, to ensure that there is no hidden danger in safety and then return to normal traffic; it is necessary to make good use of financial funds and social donations to effectively complete the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction work It is necessary to conscientiously sum up the valuable experience of flood prevention work, do a solid job in the statistical work of relevant meteorological data, and provide strong data support for scientific flood prevention in the future.
Peng Chao pointed out that it is necessary to establish special work classes in a timely manner, adhere to the work mechanism of "daily dispatch and daily sales numbers," refine the work account, firmly establish the orientation of goals, and earnestly do a clear job in the end; we must adhere to the orientation of problems, pay close attention to key work tasks, and strictly follow the time node to earnestly complete the work of disaster relief, disaster reduction, restoration, and reconstruction; we must adhere to the responsibility-oriented and strong implementation; all townships, towns, and urban areas must fulfill their territorial responsibilities, self-help responsibilities, and self-construction responsibilities, and all departments must assume the responsibility of supervision, control, and identification.
