Sesame almond paste. Take 60 grams of southern almonds, 100 to 150 grams of black sesame seeds, 50 grams of sugar, half a bowl of hot rice, 500 ml of milk, and honey. Sauté the black sesame seeds in an iron pot over low heat until fragrant and serve, while the southern almonds are also slowly roasted. After frying the almonds, black sesame seeds, hot rice, sugar and milk, put them all into a blender (without heating), and after about 3 minutes, it will become a sesame almond paste. Add a little honey to your taste. This formula moisturizes the lungs, relieves cough, nourishes the skin and beautifies the face, and is suitable for those who are dry and sputumless, constipated, and dry skin.

Sydney red date cinnamon round tea. Take 1 sydney pear, 4 to 6 pitted dates, 5 cinnamon balls, 6 grams of goji berries, 2 sugar oranges, and brown sugar. Peel and pit the sydney pear and cut it into pieces, put it into a pot with red dates, cinnamon balls and goji berries, pour about 500 ml of water, cook for about 40 minutes, put the peeled sugar oranges in and cook for another 5 minutes. This formula is suitable for dry mouth, dry throat, insomnia, and no color.

Horseshoe sugarcane carrot drink. Take 100 g of horseshoe, 250 g of peeled sugar cane, 1 carrot, 5 dates, and 1500 ml of water. The horseshoe is peeled and washed, the sugar cane is cut into 10 cm long pieces and cut into strips, the carrots are peeled and cut into pieces, and the dates are pitted. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add water, rock sugar, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. This formula can moisturize and dry, nourish the yin and quench thirst, and is suitable for patients with dry throat and dry throat, dry nasal mucosa and easy nosebleeds.

Monk fruit curd bamboo stewed ginkgo biloba. Take 1/2 monk fruit, 100 grams of curd bamboo, 30 grams of ginkgo biloba, and honey to taste. Cut and wash the monk fruit, soak the bamboo in water to soften, drain and cut into sections, and wash the ginkgo biloba. Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil, add monk fruit and ginkgo biloba, simmer for 30 minutes, add the bamboo and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, until the material is soft and rotten, let it cool and eat, add honey according to personal taste.
