Anji white flakes are flat and straight in shape, one leaf wrapped and one bud, shaped like an orchid, and the white is revealed, and the color is emerald green. Folk customs are commonly known as "fairy herb tea", and the local mountain people regard spring tea as the "holy spirit" and often collect it to cure diseases.
After brewing, the tea is fragrant and long-lasting, the taste is fresh and sweet, the soup color is clear and bright, and the buds and leaves are recognizable.
In the Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu once said in the "Tea Classic": "There are white tea mountains in the east three hundred miles of Yongjia County"; in the Song Dynasty's "Treatise on Daguan Tea", it is said: "White tea, unlike regular tea, has its strips and thin leaves."
