
The practice of burning for two winters
Ingredients: fresh winter shoots fresh mushrooms shallots, soy sauce sugar salt chicken essence
method:
1) Cut the winter shoots into pieces or slices and set aside. Soak the mushrooms in salt water and wash them, cut into chunks and set aside.
2) Add the oil in the pot on high heat, when the oil is 60% hot, add the green onion and stir-fry.
3) Stir-fry the winter shoots and shiitake mushroom pieces for a while, pour in the soy sauce, change to medium heat and cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
4) Open the lid, add sugar, add salt, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, sprinkle a little chicken essence out of the pan.
