Five years ago, the GouQing Tea Production Line in the Dinghai Mountain Tea Agglomeration and Processing Park produced Gouqing Tea, which we called the East China Sea Green Pearl. When the Guyu festival came that year, I felt that the tea on Guyu Day was always different from other days, so I took a name, called Guyu Zheng Tea, because it was made on the day of Guyu.

The Guyuzheng tea of that year made people experience a strong tea taste, the taste was mellow, and the aroma was rich, which made me fall in love with this tea for the first time. I feel that this kind of tea, permeated with the true taste of green tea, the taste is more intense and deep, the fragrance is more distant and long-lasting, and I have deeply fallen in love with the taste of Guyu tea since that year.

In the Gu Yu Festival, fry a little Gu Yu tea yourself, may be the idea that suddenly came out this year. On the day of GuYu, I came to the processing factory of the salt warehouse, cleaned up a wok, and fried a pot of Guyu tea by hand, using the process of Buddha tea, and directly stir-fried and dried in the pot. Gu Yu tea, regardless of appearance, only for time and the taste of that tea.

A few days after Gu Yu, during the Wulei Zen Tea, He Chao gave me a small bag of Gu Yu Tea, saying that it was fried by Teacher Huang and specially left for me to stay. When I open the tea bag, the unique curly form of handmade Buddha tea comes into view, and I can think of the scene when the old man fried this bag of tea, and I can also feel the temperature, technology and art contained in the tea.

When I brew such a cup of Guyu tea, I can feel the warm feeling of Mr. Su Shuyang, it comes from the taste of the tea itself, but also from the tea behind the stir-frying, the elderly's care for the younger generation, but also from this era that allows us to stir-fry tea and taste tea well.

So I wanted to write an article about Gu Yu Tea, or the bag of Gu Yu Tea. However, I was moved by my heart, but I didn't know how to write for a while, so I dragged it out until now. Guyu Tea seems to me to be a tea with more humanistic feelings. There is nothing special about the day of that day, but when we give it a special meaning, when we choose a day like this, a blessing, a love, and combine it with tea, it has a more special meaning. When I feel the temperature of iron and fire myself, to integrate myself into the moment when the tea is overflowing, the stir-fried Guyu tea naturally has a special meaning. When I got the tea that Mr. Fried, I could naturally feel this love, this warm guyu tea flavor.
