There are two kinds of folk kway teow juice main ingredients: using rice kway teow strips to cut into strips, and boiling into rice milk to make a thin paste; using rice milk to burn into thin slices, then cutting into a horn, and into the rice milk to cook into a thin paste. When eating, cover the hot grit juice with a few slices of marinated pork belly, sprinkle with garlic grains, and then drizzle with hot marinade. Not light or greasy, lubricated and clear.
