I often receive messages from everyone, and I hope to introduce kyoto bakery.
It's really not that we don't want to introduce, but the level of bakeries in Kyoto is very high, xiaobian has seen the eyes, and each shop wants to write it out to everyone.
This
We would like to introduce a bakery located in Karasuma Oike, a 3-minute walk. (Get off at Karasuma Oike Station at Shijo Station on the Karasuma Line)
FIVERAN
Fiveran's owners were impressed by the taste of Fukuoka's popular bakery "Pain Stock", and they debaced the bread on the second or third day, and it was still delicious!

01
I want to pass on this taste to Kyoto!
Based on this idea, [Fiveran] was born. The owner trained at Pain Stock for two years and opened his first shop in Kyoto on November 2, 2015, with a wide variety of French and conditioned breads, as well as a dining area where you can sit, take a break and enjoy bread tasting.
"In Japan, rice is the main food, and bread is the second or third in line, but I think bread is a staple food, and I can make delicious French bread and sweet bread," the owner said. ”
There were five people in the store's founding, including the president and vice president, so "Fiveran" was used as the store name, meaning "five people running together". Bran means bread in French, also known as FIVERAN.
At the gatekeeper, it is a very gorgeous shop, which does not look like a traditional Japanese bakery.
When you walk into the store, you will find that there are all kinds of bread in the store, and you will display it naked on the big wooden table, and it is a surprise to see so many kinds of bread.
02
Use only Japanese wheat flour:
The bread in the shop is made entirely of wheat flour produced in Japan, which is safe and reliable.
In addition, the sugar content is reduced as much as possible when making it to highlight the aroma of wheat.
Moreover, ready-made industrial products are not used as auxiliary materials at all, and the fillings are all handmade.
03
Specialty Bread:
The store has always adhered to the concept of "making bread delicious the next day", and continues to add seasonal and Kyoto specialties.
Just by looking at the menu board, you can see the variety of bread in the store, and there are 50+ types of bread served every day
Here are some signature products recommended to you.

# Baguette:
Cranberry Currents Prune Levan
Fig Lupin grows bread
It is a baguette, rye bread with figs, rye bread with cranberries, raisins and plums. The slight acidity of these dried fruits is in perfect balance with the wheat-filled rye!
Even if you have eaten it, there is still an aftertaste in your mouth, the bitterness of orange peel, the sweetness of figs, the crunchiness of nuts such as walnuts and peanuts, and the rye dough with a bitter taste of cocoa, which can soothe and smooth out all tastes.
# Sweet bread
Patissiere
A lovely brioche bun "Patissier", in the shape of a shellfish.
It is baked with a special mold, and it looks very cute and likable. Unlike the brioche bread we are familiar with, this bread is crispy on the outside, the dough is very chewy, and the creamy aroma is strong, and the inside is full of homemade kasta sauce. Take a bite, the smell of milk emanating from your mouth, and the faint sweetness makes you want to eat it all involuntarily.
# Sandwiches
In-store lunch categories are also involved
Featuring this open sandwich, sliced eggplant with a secret cream sauce, it is highly recommended for everyone to try.
