The Market Supervision Bureau pointed out that the reason why the carmine detection value in the canned fruit exceeded the standard may be that the measurement of the final product exceeded the standard due to inaccurate measurement in the production process, or it may be that the production enterprises overuse it to improve the color of the product and increase the market value, or it may be that the enterprise adulterated and counterfeited the pigment.
