At the first stop of the practice, the members of the squad came to the "Chuancheng Middle School" in Siyang County. In 1954, in order to solve the problem of the difficulty of children in the old Liberated Areas in going to school, Comrade Chen Shiyang vacated his house as a school classroom, ran to hire teachers at his own expense, and founded the "Chuancheng Middle School".
In 1949, Siyang County, like the whole country, caused a flood, and Comrade Chen Shiyang resolutely closed the wine factory, poured hundreds of thousands of kilograms of grain into his family, and saved the people. During the Period of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, he took the initiative to donate 10,000 oceans to support the front line in purchasing aircraft cannons. During his concurrent tenure as the director of the Siyang County Federation of Industry and Commerce, he took the initiative to transform his personal assets into public ownership.

On March 1, 2021, the members of the "Centennial Initial Heart, Long-lasting Strength" team came to the "Shazhou County Anti-Japanese Democratic Government Memorial Hall" to visit and study together, commemorate the revolutionary heroes, and feel the red spirit in practice.
