The Collection is a gathering of ancient literati poetry, wine, singing, and literary and artistic exchanges. There are two most famous collections in history, one is the "Lanting Collection" that occurred in Shaoxing in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and the other is the "West Garden Collection" that occurred in the Northern Song Dynasty. The West Garden is the garden of the residence of the Northern Song Dynasty Ma Du wei Wang Yi.
