On June 28th, the "60th Anniversary Exhibition of Xu Xingke's Donation of Ancient Books and Cultural Relics" was launched at the Hubei Provincial Library. This is the first time that hubei provincial library and hubei provincial museum have jointly exhibited xu xingke's donation of ancient books and cultural relics.

In this exhibition, the two halls exhibit about 52 pieces of ancient books and cultural relics donated by Xu Xingke, including scrolls, albums, fans, codexes and other types, including Ji Xiaolan's annotated "Shi TongXun Old Supplement", Song Tuoben's "Lushan Temple Stele", Kangxi Tuoben's "Li Sixun Stele", Southern Song Dynasty Tuoben's "Clarification Hall Post" and so on. This exhibition is presented in a variety of forms such as exhibition panels, display cabinets, and digital demonstrations. The digital presentation showed Xu Xingke, Yang Shuda, Zhang Yuanji, Ma Yifu, Xiong Huizhen, Cai Shangsi, Yu Jiaxi and more than 30 scholars who used the good stories of book friends to reveal the "circle of friends" of Hubei collectors during the Republic of China.

Xu Xingke (1890-1959) was a bibliophile of Wuchang, Hubei Province. From his death in 1959 to 1961, the Hubei Provincial Library accepted donations from Mr. Xu's children and the Xu's collection transferred from other libraries, "with more than 1,000 boxes and nearly 100,000 volumes", including many Ming and Qing dynasty rare books, manuscripts, manuscripts, and approved school books. Among xu's collections, cultural relics such as the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, gold and stone rubbings, bronze mirrors, sword coins, tiles, seals, seals, and Tuoben inscriptions were donated to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and the essence and quantity of their donations were rare in the world, and only 47 first-class items were donated. The calligraphy and painting contain a large number of famous art treasures, including 50 pieces of Qianlong (including) Tuobenda in the Golden Stone Stele, including 30 Tuoben in the Ming Dynasty and 3 Tuoben in the Song Dynasty. Among Xu's donations, the Qing Dynasty and Qing Scholars studied texts, phonology, exhortations, golden stones, catalogs, and the works of the Hundred Scholars of the History of the Scriptures, which were relatively systematic and complete, and were the biggest characteristics of his collection, of which manuscripts, fine schools, and fine manuscripts were particularly numerous. The three generations of Xu's century-old relay "do not leave their descendants with goods and wealth", but "turn the orphan classics into millions of bodies and benefit the scholars of the world", interpreting the century-old story of this book.
