Chen Lu, a young farmer in 12 groups in Yali Village, Guiyang County, male, Han ethnicity, born on January 14, 1983, graduated from Guiyang No. 2 Middle School in 2003. After graduating from high school, Chen Lu went out to work.

On May 7, 2016, a flash flood broke out, flooding the roads in Yali Village and cutting off traffic. In order to help the village name resume production and life as soon as possible, Chen Lu quickly purchased an excavator to rebuild the road for the villagers. After many days of hard fighting, Yali Village in Guiyang County finally built a road, and the villagers smiled happily.

The villagers' thanks also gave Chen Lu the idea of joining the party. In May 2016, he submitted an application to the party organization to join the party, applying to join the party, committed to changing the status quo of Yali Village and making everyone rich together.
