Civilized dog breeding, cheng management in action

In order to further strengthen the management of dogs, standardize the civilized dog breeding of residents, ensure the safety of residents' personal and property, maintain the city appearance environment and social public order, and actively strive to create a national civilized model city. Since September 18, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Meicheng Street has used half a month to concentrate on carrying out special rectification operations for uncivilized dog breeding.

I. Mobile publicity and guidance. In accordance with the principle of policy publicity first, use street law enforcement vehicles to explain the knowledge and precautions of civilized dog raising with loudspeakers, remind residents to take the initiative to register dogs, regularly inject vaccines for dogs, and explain the punishment regulations for breeding dogs to bark and disturb the people, dogs hurt people, walk dogs without leashes, and dog feces are not cleaned up in time, guide residents to consciously maintain a good community environment, develop civilized and healthy dog habits, and call on everyone to standardize dog breeding and civilized dog raising.

II. Carry out inspections and law enforcement. From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day, through high-frequency, wrong time, and full coverage, inspection and law enforcement are carried out, with residential areas such as Yueji Garden, Jinbang Garden, Kangle Jiayuan Square, Jiulonghu Park and other crowded places as the key areas, and uncivilized behaviors such as dogs disturbing the people, illegal dog walking, and dog defecation on the ground are persuaded and rectified, effectively solving the phenomenon of many stray dogs and illegal dog walking in the jurisdiction.

Third, persist in combining education with punishment. Criticism and education were given to the phenomenon of walking dogs without a leash, and immediate correction was required. After the stray dogs and free range dogs are captured, they are all transferred to the District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau for punishment in accordance with laws and regulations.

A total of 45 inspections were carried out in this operation, 10 dogs of various types were sheltered, and 2 cases of illegal dog breeding were handled by the public.
